Our Story

I know I'm not the only one who's put that product back on the shelf.

I'm not a chemist. I'm not a beauty industry insider. I'm just a Black man who wanted to take care of his skin and his beard without choosing between that and paying rent.

I'd look at the brands doing it right — the ones made specifically for melanin-rich skin, for coarse beards — and the prices would stop me cold. $37 for a body butter. $22 for a beard oil. $80 for a full routine.
